The Heart of The Church Collective

January 27, 2017

"The Church Collective" is a term used to identify the church as a whole.  Its the body of the church.  Churches, missions, the people - the collective sum of it all.

For centuries, there has been music at the heart of the church collective.  Music and lyrics that glorify God come dripping out of pens of songwriters across the globe - and most of it never heard.  The machine of writing songs...and then having them "picked up" by a record label or artist...and then replicated by churches across the globe has become more of a process than a welcoming venture that would entice aspiring levites in songwriting to begin with the stroke of a pen.

REST Music exists to help songwriters find a way to write, co-write, and release music that can be used by the church collective.  While not a not-for-profit organization, REST Music doesn't exist for a profit.  Instead, it exists to facilitate songs written for the church collective to be distributed to the church collective.

If you are a songwriter - and interested of becoming a part of something more...something us today.
